Refund policy

REFUND POLICY
Strictly no return or refund requests are allowed due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind).  

Please inspect your received item and contact us within 3 days upon receiving it if there are any quality issues or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address the issue properly. Komehyo Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion to the extent permitted by applicable laws, decide whether to approve the  return and refund requests after the necessary investigation is completed. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you do not receive the refunds after 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@komehyo.com.my.
